Look at the LIVING ROOM! It’s classy and comfortable with a beach vibe! What great décor with recently updated furniture and décor. The entertainment system contains a HUGE flat panel tv that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, as well as a DVD that allows you to watch your favorite movies. Or if you like, surf the web on the free high speed internet that’s available. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wonder out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. *Unit #328 also offers 6 complementary beach chairs and 6 beach towels as well as a beach umbrella and beach auger, rolling cooler and a large beach cart to load up all your beach stuff and just roll it down to our private beach.
The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king sized bed and upgraded private bath. Great for soaking at the end of a day on the beach. And the bedroom is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closets. Your entertainment system offers a large TV with dozens of clear channels. You even have high speed internet access that’s easily accessed from the MASTER BEDROOM (actually in All rooms for your enjoyment).
*There is also an Infant Pack-in Play for sleeping and includes a changing table for the "Little Ones" to be used in any room in the condo.
The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a comfortable queen sized bed and plenty of closet space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway because it offers you the serenity to catch up on your favorite book.
The THIRD GUESTROOM (loft) is kid-friendly with (2) two queen beds, a sleeper sofa and its own private shower and bath area. Lots of room here with amazing views of the crystal clear Gulf of Mexico and the Destin area.. This loft has a 40' HDTV Flat Screen TV, DVD player and a brand new highly efficient and quiet air conditioning to cool you off on that hot summer day.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grill cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. Wraparound bar makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats the family so trading stories about their favorite part of their days at the beach is all part of the fun.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located on the second level to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

Currently, as of 1/1/24 there is some renovation/construction going on in some of the adjacent buildings (not our building #4) at the Aegean so you may experience some noise during your stay during weekday/daytime hours. This should not affect the pool or the private beach area's during your stay. We are in the process of improving the entire facility. The construction is scheduled to be completed sometime in 2025.
