It is located in a clearing, surrounded by woods, and is accessible by a dirt road (downhill) about 300 meters. Nearby is the house IDD337. In the small center of Servo di Sovramonte you will find a supermarket, a bar and a pharmacy. At a distance of only 15 km are the towns of Feltre, Castello Tesino and Fiera di Primiero. The house is on three floors. On the first floor is the laundry room, accessible from the outside. The first and second floor are connected by an internal staircase. The outdoor area is dedicated to relaxation: sun loungers for sunbathing, barbecue and table. Shared with the other house is the children's play area with swing, sandbox and other games. If you like skiing, the ski area Croce d'Aune - Monte Avena, just 5 km away, is particularly ideal for families. The nearby lakes (Corlo 20 km, Levico and Caldonazzo 60 km, Santa Croce 70 km) offer the possibility of windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing. Historical-artistic routes will lead you to charming medieval towns or villages: Feltre, Belluno, Bassano del Grappa, Mel, Fiera di Primiero.
