The 45 m² holiday apartment "Schlern" is located on the Heiglerhof dairy farm, 4.5 km from Steinegg in the Eggental valley (South Tyrol). It is ideal for families and couples seeking a nature-focused farm holiday. Cows, calves, chickens and cats provide an authentic farm experience. The apartment on the second floor accommodates up to 4 guests and features a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for 1 person, plus another sofa bed for 2 in the living kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, moka pot and kettle. Dish soap, tea towels, toilet paper and hand soap are provided. The balcony offers beautiful views of the Dolomites, including Rosengarten and Schlern.
A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm milk, eggs and jam is available on request for an extra fee. The shared outdoor sauna with panoramic views is open daily until 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children's bed and high chair are provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included for the entire stay; extra changes are available for an extra fee. The spacious outdoor area features a lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue and playground. There is open storage for bicycles. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee.

Summary: Such a lovely hard working couple and family. Amazing wood working and detail inside and out. We were on top of the world literally. One morning a complete rainbow over the valley and the mountaintops had a fresh dusting of snow. Good restaurants nearby and plenty of fresh farm good to choose from if you like. Highly recommend this out of the way place.
