Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent, modern house with lots of amenities. The shower and bathtub were really nice. The house was a very short walk from the station. There were plenty of beds and places to sleep for our group. The living room was fantastic and a great area to spend time together. There is a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook food for yourself. The area was very quiet, and the house is right next to a convenience store.
Negative: When we stayed, the Wi-Fi wasn't working for some reason. It wasn't a big deal for us - we just used our mobile phone plans. I assume the issue was intermittent and the owner will eventually have it fixed.
Summary: Excellent, easily accessible house in Matsusaka.
