This is the perfect home for groups coming in town for SXSW and the Austin City Limits music festival, as it's less than a 5-minute ride to the festival gates at Zilker Park. The home's exceptional location also favors a night out on 6th Street, which is only a 5-minute cab ride away. You are also a short 10-minute walk to one of the most desirable streets for dining and shopping on South Congress Avenue and a 2-minute walk to Big Stacy Park which features hiking trails and a playground.
THE HOME
The entire home has an open, flowing floor plan with an abundance of natural light in every room. We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in aquiet residential neighborhood. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
The pool can be heated for $200/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.
