Bright cosy cottage nestled amongst the trees with views of the glorious Hardys Bay This cosy split level home features a large open plan living, dining area which opens onto a relaxing deck, looking through to the waters of Hardys Bay.
The updated kitchen has all the mod cons including a dishwasher, there is also a TV and a new BBQ is also provided. The property has ceiling fans through out and you can often get a cool breeze off the bay.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located walking distance to the cafes and shops at Killcare and a short drive to Killcare and Putty Beaches.
Please note there is no garage at this property, parking only.
Hardys Bay/Killcare area is located 1.5 hours from Sydney and is surrounded by national park so it is very peaceful and beautiful and quite secluded from the rest of the Central Coast. Putty Beach and Killcare Beach has a patrolled swimming area and is also popular for surfing, snorkelling and fishing. A wonderful rock pool is located just near the surf club which features a cafe, restaurant and popular wedding venue. Just over the hill is glorious Hardys Bay where you can hire boats, play tennis or just enjoy the wonderful cafes and restaurants and peaceful water views. There are many great walks in the area and if you feel like exploring, the Central Coast.
