The Space:
My place is a 1 bedroom apartment with generous living space and neat kitchen.
It's on the second floor with a sunny balcony and sun filled all day long.
Conveniently located just a stroll to the beach, moments to 7-ways, transport, cafes and restaurants.
Enjoy a relaxed beach village lifestyle, footsteps to buzzing cafes, bakeries and bistros and level walk down to the sand and surf.
Please be aware that the unit is on the 3rd level. 3 flight of stairs to climb.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property except for a single room that will be locked up for storage purposes.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet apartment building but conveniently located as shops, bars and restaurant are all very close by.
Getting Around:
Bus 379 to Bondi Junctions stops just in front of apartment building so its so convenient :-)
Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
