Positive: Clean, tidy, well presented.
Negative: Advertised as spacious BUT no area big enough for 8 people to be together, not enough car parking for 4 cars. Dining and sitting areas equipped for 4 only. Felt very crowded with 8 people. One bed very small double, not big enough for our large sized family, one member had to sleep downstairs on floor. Luckily they had been encamping and had a bed with them.
