If you are looking for a cozy and truly rustic country house in a spectacular setting, you will definitely not be disappointed with our Menorca fincas.
Although these are isolated and in absolute peace, they are not too far away. To be more precise, there are a total of three houses that are only a few hundred meters apart. This is Finca CANYAR for up to 6 guests.
The house offers a living area of ​​around 180 m2 on the ground floor, a living room with satellite TV and dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 3 complete bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the covered terrace.
The covered terrace has a dining table, a brick barbecue and a view of the sun terrace where there is also the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers... and from which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The property is only 3 km from the village of “Es Mercadal” and about 8 km from the beautiful beaches such as “Cala Fornells” or “Ses Salines”. At that time, the houses were an amalgamation of a huge dairy production estate, so you can still see cows and sheep grazing in the fields.
