BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW HOME located in a beautiful gated community in the Jobos beach cliff area of Isabela, Puerto Rico. Enjoy the view and the sounds of the ocean from your own private rooftop terrace during the day and the glittering and luminous view of the stars at night. Also, relax day or night in your own private pool and cabana with a full outdoor bathroom or head out to the many beautiful beaches along the coastline that are within 5 mins of our home for a day of surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing.
This home is fully furnished with kitchen appliances, furniture throughout, a backup GENERAC GENERATOR with an automatic switch and a backup 600 gallon STAINLESS STEEL WATER RESERVE TANK with an automatic switch. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, including the common areas of the house, and ceiling fans in every room. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has [2] twin sized beds - both with wall to wall closets. You will enjoy the use of the washer/dryer located in the laundry room. On the second floor you can relax with the family and watch TV/DVD with full access to the beautiful terrace.

Summary: My wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter spent 10 days in this lovely home. In addition to the location, loveliness of the property and perfect weather, you would be very hard pressed to meet a more attentive host than Ivette anywhere. Her responsiveness and attention to details was way beyond any other experience we have ever had.
