Outside the resort Beniarbeig, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: natural garden, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (13 x 4 m, depth 150 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with cooking stove, tennis, patio, pergola, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, shopping centre 3.4 km, restaurant 900 m, café 2.4 km, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 7 km. Sports harbour 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, surf school 7.7 km.
