3 Bedroom Cottage in Benissa

This 200 year old Caseta (Spanish farmhouse) has been beautifully restored and stylishly decorated in the past year.
The house is situated in the hills of Benissa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
It is a 5 minute drive to the center of the historic town of Benissa with its nice bars and restaurants.
There is a very nice market on Saturdays.
There are also 4 large supermarkets in Benissa where everything is for sale.
Furthermore, it is a 15-minute drive to the beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Altea.
The closest airports are those of Alicante (45 minutes) and Valencia (1 hour)
It has 3 x 2-person bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a large attractive living room with everything you need and a TV.
The house has air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.
In front of the house a spacious Naja (covered terrace) with a large dining table with access to the swimming pool with terrace. With sun loungers, parasols and BBQ.
There is also an original bread / pizza oven outside.
The house is situated on a terrain of 7500 m2.
There is no fence around the pool so in principle not suitable for small children.
Pets are not a problem.

The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a microwave and various cookbooks.
