It located in a very commercial wide avenue, surrounded by shops and stores basic (butchers, fishmonger, supermenrcados, bakeries etc) about 250 meters from the beach, in the "Poble nou" Pineda de Mar, in peaceful surroundings " village "between the municipality of PINEDA DE MAR and Calella (most famous tourist level). 10 minutes from the known "close church" Calella, 10 min. drive from "Malgrat de mar" and 20 "Lloret de Mar".
