Negative: Guests above had children who ran and jumped until 10.pm almost every night. Mid way thru our week, we came home to find a hole in the wall, toiletries and makeup knocked off vanity, trashcan overturned with trash everywhere - all from jumping above so hard that picture was locked off wall. We notified the office and sent pictures. No one ever came to see or contacted us other than 1 email saying sorry.
