Casa Botavara is a very well placed house to enjoy Lanzarote. Recently refurbished and very well equipped with amazing sea views. Accommodates up to 2 people and has all the details. Your beach house in Playa Honda.

The house is in the beach avenue of Playa Honda and has 2 floors. Entrance from the same avenue, terrace with loungers and outdoor dining table, large living room with a la carte tv and air conditioning, nice well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a large garage to store bicycles. In the upper floor seating area with terrace and sea views, master bedroom with dressing room and large bathroom with whirlpool color therapy shower. You will love the views to the ocean. The terrace has all day sun so you can enjoy outdoor dining and the solarium with hammocks.

Playa Honda is next to Arrecife, capital of Lanzarote, it is one of the best residential areas in Lanzarote. Nearby you have the beaches and an avenue with top level fresh fish restaurants, the supermarket and the shopping area are 10 minutes walking. From Playa Honda distances are very short drive, very central and convenient location it is a great place to start your visit to Lanzarote.
