Positive: This villa in L’Escala was absolutely perfect for our group of two families (3 people each). The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and a third with a double bed and a bathroom just next to it in the hallway. The living room was large and comfortable with two big sofas, a TV, and even board games for some family fun. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The entire villa was spotlessly clean, very tidy, and furnished with modern décor. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, which came in handy during our stay. One of the highlights was the lovely private pool in the garden – the perfect size for a swim or to cool off, and it was enjoyed equally by both the adults and the kids. The garden is paved and has nice patio furniture, including a table, chairs, and sunbeds, as well as a barbecue area. The host even provided charcoal, although we had brought our own. The villa is located just a 10-minute walk from the main beach and high street, with plenty of other beaches and supermarkets within a short 5-10 minute drive. The long, enclosed driveway was a bonus as it kept our vehicle safe and close by. If you have a car, you’re also within a short drive to Girona, a beautiful town well worth a visit. Additionally, you can easily explore Empuriabrava and Roses, two other lovely beach towns with plenty of things to do. We had a fantastic time boating in Empuriabrava and would highly recommend checking out these spots if you’re staying in the area. The host was incredibly friendly and gave us useful local tips, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in L’Escala!
