Positive: Top top property!! This was, without a doubt, one of the most outstanding properties I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It exceeded every expectation and made my trip to Maio unforgettable. ​The owners truly set this property apart. From the moment I checked in with Aksana, I felt genuinely welcomed. Kevin and Aksana were attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful, providing me with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden beaches. Their personalized touch made a huge difference. The location is perfect. I had a breathtaking view of the ocean and lovely skyline right from my window/balcony. It was simultaneously peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly situated within the main Avenue making it the ideal base for exploring the area. ​it has 3 bedrooms and the one I stayed in, a large suite was immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom fixtures were high quality, and the small touches — like the massive 75 inch TV with cable channels and high-speed Wi-Fi - really stood out. Everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend and I would happily pay this price again for such a high-quality experience. Obrigado Kevin and Aksana!
