Positive: What a beautiful place! James and Brenda have created an oasis in the city. I stayed in the loft apt for two weeks during a language immersion program and already wish I could go back. Great centro location, stunning decor and design and an absolutely gorgeous garden and pool out back that was the perfect setting to unwind and relax after a long day. Loved the inclusion of coffee, fruit and other basics upon arrival to help get started. The hosts are also lovely, very warm, helpful and obliging. They allowed me to park my rental bike in the front foyer which was very much appreciated. If I return to Merida I’m staying here again for sure.
