CASA EMY (RENEWED IN 2021) is a 120 m2 apartment plus 60 m2 of terrace that enjoys an excellent location, very close to the historic center of Rapallo, a few steps from the station, 8 minutes walk from the sea.It is located in a green and quiet setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds and a cot for babies and a double sofa bed in the living room, suitable for hosting both a large family or couples of friends.Both bedrooms are welcoming and bright and have private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The bathrooms have been recently renovated. You also have a large and new equipped kitchen at your disposal. Its strong point is the terrace that offers a panoramic view of the city. The apartment has a free 20 mega internet connection for the entire period.
