Positive: Really nice house and has everything you need. Even a little playground for kids. The beach is very close and you can reach everything you need, very fast.

Negative: -A lot of people just walking through the property, even though there is a gate - Shower with no shower head - the water is running for a short time, than you have to wait 2 to 5min till the water is running again - there are neighbors who really like to here loud music, with a big box
