Positive: Quiet and private house. Checks all the boxes (nicely equipped kitchen, bbq grill, outside seating with fire pit, fruit-bearing citrus trees, banana trees, view of the river). Open feeling with the ceiling to floor glass windows. Private garage. Very friendly and quick to respond host.
