Positive: The home was very clean and it was very peaceful sitting on the deck looking over at the lake. The best part was my family owns the townhome above centerstage so we were all able to be close together for the 4th of July which has been our family tradition for years.
Negative: Clean cob-webs outside on windows - i actually cleaned them and if i would have had a long pole i would have cleaned the windows too.
