Welcome to our family-friendly home on Lake Waneta! This charming lakefront property is located just 15 minutes away from Downtown Hammondsport and 20 minutes from Downtown Penn Yan, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
The house features three cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate bunk house with four single beds - perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. The decor is warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and rustic touches that add to the ambiance of the space.
One of the highlights of this property is its expansive lake facing front yard, which offers ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Take advantage of the private dock and lake frontage, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the stunning views of the lake.

Summary: We had a fantastic time! The cottage was clean and very comfortable. The fire pit is beautiful and the lake provides the perfect back drop! A few of the ‘provided’ items were not enough for the week. There is a Dollar General close by that we visited a few times to restock.
