Please exercise due care for your safety and others. However, we take your safety seriously, so please bring any dangerous conditions to our attention IMMEDIATELY upon discovery. We will take appropriate action right away.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided no deductions are made due to: a) damage to the property or furnishings b) necessity for excessive cleaning c) any other cost incurred due to damages caused by Guest's stay.
