Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The views are beautiful and overall, it is a nice place. Alberto was helpful. You need a rental car as the villa is remote from restaurants and stores. Get directions because there is no sign and many roads lack signs. We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations. We would come back, but with adjusted expectations. It was great to have a full kitchen, but it needs additional items for cooking dinners. There was one soup bowl, the large serving bowl leaked, all of the cutlery was small (the larger knives were missing), the pots and pans had peeling non-stick coatings, and there were no measuring cups or spoons. We managed fine, but it would help to update the kitchen supplies. Some of the furniture needs replacement. There were couches on the porch, but no cushions. Cushions on the porch chairs had tears and mildew. The balcony is a great place for a drink or meal, but there were no tables or lights.
