This is a beautiful, 4 story town house, in the village of Pedralba, a quaint village which sits on the river Túria.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open plan salon and kitchen with access to an outdoor patio. It was built in 2010 in a modern style with high ceilings to make use of the natural sun light. This sustainable, eco friendly house uses renewable energy, solar hot water and biomass for heating.
The village dates back to the 15th century with an ancient church and is surrounded by vineyards, orange groves and Mediterranean olive trees. It's winding, narrow, picturesque streets are typical of the region. The people are friendly and the village has an open, safe and welcome feel. Where children play in the street in the evening.
You enjoy sitting at the local bars and restaurants enjoying the heat, as well as the sports facilities and open air swimming pool, which is open all summer.
The river Turia winds through the villages of the Serranía and you can access its banks through lanes that meander through the allotments where the locals grow their vegetables and fruit.

It's a good starting point for venturing further into the mountains, as well as a short 40 minute drive to the busy city and costal regions of Valencia.
