Summary: It definitely needs some fixing up but overall was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our dog was comfortable there too since it's quiet. No riffraff around. Laundry on site and plenty of restaurants around. There are no pots and pans or dishes so if you plan on cooking go by the dollar store and get stuff. Will definitely stay there again!!
