Positive: large home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms
Negative: It was not well maintained. There small holes in the walls, paint was chipped, and the furniture well worn. The house was not very clean and I had to spend the morning cleaning it. There were dried spills in the kitchen cabinets (inside & out), filthy coffee machine, even food spills on the outside of the kitchen trash can. There were dirty used towels & mats in some of the bathrooms, plus makeup & spilt nail polish in one bathroom sink.
Summary: Great place for a large family get-together, similar to a frat house.
