Positive: The outside ocean views on the wraparound porch of beach and grounds were beautiful. The community in general was lovely.The apartment was very spacious.
Negative: Kitchen ceiling fan very noisy and rocking. Kitchen ceiling, walls and baseboards all need cleaning. Bathrooms need updating. Only one of all the beds was comfortable. Master bathroom drain clogged.
Summary: Beautiful outside but apartment needs better maintenance inside.
