Charming apartment with a large, bright living room that has been completely renovated. The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful 18th century building and has a balcony.
The accommodation
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a large single bed and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed). You will have exclusive use of the apartment and be free to use all the facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, a portable air conditioning unit and a fan.

Other remarks
The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as bed linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
A single set of keys will be provided for your stay.
Check-in to the apartment is self-service thanks to a key box from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time if the departure time limit is not respected.

Summary: The apartment was clean, beautiful and well appointed as listed. The communications with host were ok. We received detailed locations on how to access the apartment only 20 minutes before our desired check-in time. The location of the apartment was good, about 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 15 minute walk to train station. Guests may be surprised that a restaurant is located in the apt entryway and garbage bins and cooking smells there can be quite unpleasant when entering the building. The main reason for a 3-star rating is that the neighborhood was under construction and the noise was unbearable from 7 a.m. to 4:30-5:00 p.m. each day. Also, the portable air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot in the apartment. A large crane blocked any view from the balcony. Guests should inquire about the status of the project before booking, I would have liked to be informed.
