Summary: The communication with Martin pre-arrival was excellent. Very quick and thorough responses to queries. Martin is a very friendly host and we appreciated the extensive walk through of the apartment building upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and was ideal for our family of 4. Everyone slept soundly, which isn't always the case when travelling. It's actually located opposite the Eurodisney HQ, 60 seconds walk to the RER and Val D'Europe. We didn't try it, but it looks to be around 20 mins walk to DLP. The area is surprisingly quiet despite there being so many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Only minor negatives are that some of the fixtures and fittings are showing their age a bit and would benefit from some TLC. That said, the apartment is fantastic value, and a refurb would probably put the price up so it's all relative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend as a base for Paris central and DLP.
