Located in a quiet area of the village of Seignosse, inhabited by year-round owners, 2 minutes from the shops and 15 minutes by bike from the beaches, enjoy a beautiful stay in a semi-detached house (not overlooked), pleasant to live in, thanks to the volume of its main room overlooked by its mezzanine, an easy to use American kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hobs), 2 sleeping areas (first floor and mezzanine) including 1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms, one with a shower room.
An outdoor shower is available for your beach outings.
8 beds are available (sheets and towels provided).
Its 2 outdoor terraces facing north and south will delight you to enjoy lunches in the sun (plancha and BBQ available).
You will even have the opportunity, if you feel like it, to pick your own vegetables from the vegetable garden to enhance your meals!
A laundry room is available with washing machine/dryer.
We acquired this house in November 2019, it is our main residence.
