Parking at the house. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 200 m, bus stop "ZOB Norden" 500 m, railway station "Norden Bahnhof" 500 m, sandy beach "Norddeich" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 6 km, minigolf 5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. The bicycle cellar has a charging station for e-bikes. It is a KfW efficiency house standard 40 with geothermal energy.
