Summary: I was in WPB for a few days and needed an inexpensive place to stay. This fits the bill. However, parking may not be an easy thing, depending on the amount of cars. The apartment lacks a comfortable place to work if that is what you need. It has a tall glass table squeezed by the kitchen and a couple of arm chairs. Location is very convenient.
