Positive: Great location for long Beach. Right on a quiet inlet with a few minutes walk to the ocean. Easy to get to anywhere in Long Beach. Well equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. Super spacious too. Big fan of the huge windows facing the water and skylights. Host communication is spot on and the place was spotless.
Negative: The bed is quite uncomfortable. One side is heavily dented and I slept on a slant. I could hear the neighbors through the wall well into the night and during the day, even low volume talking was easily heard.
