Positive: As a solo traveller, I enjoyed my stay at Evergreen suites. The location is perfect. Everything is in close proximity. Theres cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, metro, trolley etc all within a few minutes of a walk. The rooms are nicely renovated and clean. Everything you need for a few days trip is here.
Negative: The WiFi is spotty. The neighbors can be noisy and everytime the main building door closes you can feel it. I was woken up a couple times by noisy neighbors, doors banging, people running on stomping on the above floors etc.
Summary: Great for a few days
