Summary: When we arrived we were told that our oldest daughter (13) was too old for the room we booked through hotels.com. But, as I said to the receptionist, we did fill in her correct age when booking. It didn’t matter, she said so they charged us 25 euros extra. She was quite rude. The room was ok, but the extra beds for the kids was not very comfortable. The pool was ok, but very few sun loungers, so we had nowhere to sit. But the pool shut at 18:00 anyway which was a bit strange in the middle of summer. The breakfast was ok, not more than that.
