Summary: Great location, including biking to restaurants/actvities and easy beach access. Enjoyed the game room, fitness center, pool, parking ease, and deck. Kitchen was well-appointed, and the entry way was spacious (plenty of room for shoes, hats, and jackets). Property would benefit from thorough cleaning, to include furniture and carpets (noticable pet hair) and mopping the tile.
