Positive: The place is gorgeous. We stayed in a villa and the view was nice. Lots of couples there enjoying the amenities.
Negative: We could not get our hot tub water higher than cool to the touch. All of the couples near us were having the same issue. I specifically booked the villa to enjoy the hot tub. Very disappointing that we couldn't get it to heat up despite all our efforts and assistance from staff. After about 4 hours, we gave up.
Summary: Beautiful but disappointing
