Ideally located in hyper center of SÈTE, this super super cozy apartment will be ideal for a couple: 60 m2 including a beautiful living room of about 50 m2 (including the kitchen in open space), adorable small room which invites to rest, protected any noise in the back of the apartment. 2 small balconies overlook the esplanade, where a pleasant market is held once a week.
For the nice hosts, I open in addition the small room that I reserve, to allow you to put down your suitcases without them cluttering you, and to let you access to half of the big wardrobe.
2nd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (but easy).
You are 150m from the Grand Canal, so away from the crowd whenever you want. 150 m from the media library, in front of a cinema, 300 m from Monoprix and the center of all shops. Bicycle rental 500m, the sea 800m to the right, the pond Tau 1000m left, Mont Saint Clair just behind ... A beautifully diversified library is at your disposal.
Large screen TV (flat) and wide choice of DVDs. Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels), washing machine and dryer separate upscale ultra design .... Bedding in perfect condition, sofa bed (DIVA, Simmons mattress) perfect condition, very nice quality. Wireless.
The neighbors are very nice and quiet, so parties are not allowed in the place, sorry. (And while I'm there: non-smoking room, ideally smoking on the balcony.)
