Walls of glass in line with the mid-century architecture provide plenty of light and unobstructed views. Each bedroom has a newly remodeled private bathroom with new walk-in shower, cabinets, quartz counters, and toilet. New ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area supplement central AC and heating. Kitchen includes new appliances, cabinets, and quartz counters. New tile flooring and area rugs throughout. Main patio sits just off the 18th tee, providing safe and entertaining views of golfers attempting to tame the signature closing hole of the classic long-time home of the Bob Hope Desert Classic tournament. There is a convenient attached cart garage/storage area. Newly remodeled classic Western golf cart can be an included amenity for additional fee.
