Positive: The property was in an excellent location. Well furnished, comfortable bed and good shower.
Negative: The Sykes website is slightly misleading regarding parking. There is no street parking to speak of and the council car park is a ten minute walk away. It's difficult to get the car close to the property on a busy day and anyone with mobility issues would struggle. The access is only explained on the owners welcome pack once you have booked. Another small point, the downstairs apartment has no river view and the garden is not available. A shame because we loved the apartment once we were settled in.
