Summary: Got there at 3, room wasn’t ready. Waited with 2 screaming tired children for 30 minutes for our room to get clean. Got to room and there was a giant puddle of water by the sink in the room, soaking wet. Called maintence, maintence vaccumed it up. Checkout was 12 and they were practically pushing me out of the room. I took my time becuase you can’t be late for checking but then pushing me quickly out of the room for checkout. Was not overly impressed with this Hampton and I stay Hampton all the time.
