One of two twin apartments. Harbour front location overlooking one of the world’s most fabulous cities and some of the best views in Sydney. Located on the top level (16) in an absolute Harbour front block. Two lifts* and parking*. Heated pool & BBQ area* on the water’s edge. Please note the pool area is currently closed for remedial repairs. Spacious, and bright with stunning views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Ideal for NYE fireworks. A pleasant ferry ride to the city centre, close to train, bus and local amenities. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Will accomodate up to 4 people on request at an extra charge of $50 pp/pn. The sofa bed will be made up accordingly. If only 2 people and sofa is required there is a charge of $50 for the extra linen and make up of sofa bed. Please advise in advance. THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.
PLEASE NOTE: there will be no parking access from Monday 8 to Wednesday 18 September due to urgent repairs to the entry driveway. During this time guests will be required to checkin PRIOR TO 6PM. Please see photos for notice with full details.
The second lift should be completed and operational from 15th August 2025, which will mean 2 new lifts in operation.

Parking is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark - first in best dressed.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.
Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which is the room in front of the lift with the level number on it.
