With impressive and unparalleled views over the beach of Cala Vadella, this colonial-style house is located on a hill 300 m walk from the beach. Completely fenced, it has a parking area for 3 cars and a side garden area.
In front of the living room the house has a large porch where on one side there is a barbecue area and on the other, a table for 8 people with sea views.
The house has a swimming pool with hammocks and an outside shower. From here there is a door through which you access an area of land with a slight slope where there is a beautiful garden.
On the ground floor from the outside there is access to the living room and from there to the dining room with access door to the pool and in turn connects to the large fully equipped kitchen that also has sea views. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with an exterior bathroom and a balcony with beautiful views. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and an outside bathroom.
On the upper floor the house has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
