If you like majestic sunrises, tranquility in the natural splendor and beauty of the Coachella Valley and spectacular sunsets over the Santa Rosa mountains this sensational home on the 7th Hole of the world-famous Jack Nicklaus Stadium Course is perfect for you. The entire house has been professionally decorated with all new designer-class furniture in an attempt to create Shangri-La Quinta for our guest during their stay.
First, the location is perfect for golfers and sun worshipers alike. Located in one of the finest areas of PGA West, the pool and jacuzzi nestle against the fairway of one of the ultimate destination golf courses on the planet. In one extraordinary golf club, there are six world class golf courses including the Greg Norman Resort Course, Nicklaus Stadium course and the TPC Stadium course. Additionally, regardless of whether or not you golf, you will love the views and ambiance of the various clubhouse restaurants and grills within PGA West. Moreover, you will be centrally located to all of the amazing shopping, dining and attractions of Palm Dessert.
Form the moment you walk through the gates; this home is designed to take you to a place of ultimate relaxation, comfort and enjoyment. An open courtyard leads you to a vast entryway which previews the fresh and open layout of the home. In addition to the billiards room there is a large and open living room with leather couches and chairs, a fire place and huge brand-new television. The kitchen layout is superb and includes a large island and plenty of counter space and is perfect for cooking and entertaining. The entire layout of the home is designed for entertain and is tailored to feature the open windows showcasing the back yard including a dining area.
Each of the four bedrooms has a personality of its own while sharing the common theme of being designed for comfort. The master suite includes a fire place, sitting room with couch that folds out into a bead and walk in tub. Each room has ceiling fan and/or fireplace and is outfitted with fine linens and supplies. The home has four bathroom each exquisitely acquainted.
If this isn’t enough, located in the front of the home just off the courtyard is a Casita with full privacy. The Casita offers a queen size bed with fine linen, a fire place and brand-new television. A perfect room for guests.

Summary: We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. The home met all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and private with comfortable beds and bathrooms for all. The AC in the Casita is a little noisy if you or a light sleeper. We enjoyed golfing at the PGA West courses, coming back and cooling off in the pool, barbecuing up some dinner and playing pool in the evenings. We will definitely return. One of my favorite PGA West Properties.
