Positive: The location is excellent — you can reach the city center within a few minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and access to the hotel is quite easy. The availability of free parking is a great advantage, especially for guests who traveling by car.
Negative: However, since the hotel is located in an old building, carrying luggage up the narrow, spiral staircases is not easy at all. Additionally, due to the age of the building, the stairs creak significantly, which can be disturbing for other guests. Another negative experience was at the reception. The old gentleman at the front desk initially asked us to pay 15 EUR for parking. I showed him the Booking.com reservation page stating that "parking is free". He initially objected, but after I insisted, he called another staff member. When I showed her the same information, she agreed with me and did not charge the parking fee. Note: The old gentleman at the reception does not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. If you do not speak German, I would recommend using Google Translate with the microphone feature to communicate with him.
