Positive: Standard room of a three-star hotel. Nice staff.
Negative: One of the rooms smelled very strongly of cigarettes, even though it was marked as non-smoking. They changed our room, but the slight odor was still there. Breakfasts are expensive, and toiletries are lacking. The only thing available was a three-in-one gel, which left my skin extremely dry. There's no kettle, cups, or tea in the room. In other European hotels this is standard practice.
