Positive: Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The onsite Dog is very cute too and adds a family feel to the place. The breakfast was good. The shower was nice and hot. The Hotel is good location for a trip into Provins. It was a nice touch to add a air con unit in the room - thank you.
Negative: The room was quite small and some dust in areas which made it feel a bit uninviting. The toilet box leaked when flushed. There was no toilet roll in the room on arrival. It would have been nice to have some extra pillows too.
