Positive: Large, clean rooms. Great location, only a few minutes away from a major train/metro station, yet very quiet at night. Mini fridge was a great addition! Lovely, updated rooms and bathrooms. Good air conditioning with is essential in the summer! Lots of towels provided. Really cute buildings/set up. Looks like quaint, authentic Italian cottages out in the countryside, but it’s in the city.
Negative: After the managers have left in the early evening, there is no way to purchase any drinks (water bottles) from the main office. We got back from a long day of sightseeing and had no way to get drinks other than walking back to the station (no store nearby). A vending machine for after hours would be very helpful, especially in the hot summer months. Breakfast was a nice addition, but basic (you have to cook and prepare yourself, ingredients left in a communal fridge) and the same thing every day.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, friendly, and convenient stay!
